CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (200) for preventing materials from slipping down includes supports (210), rotating bars (220), a supporting plate (230), a weight (240), and an elastically pressurizing unit (250). The supports are respectively transversely installed at both sides of an inclined conveyor belt (13). The rotating bars are respectively and rotatably coupled to the supports. The supporting plate is rotatably coupled to one ends of the rotational bars. The lower side of the supporting plate is adjacent to the conveyor belt. When upwardly rotating with being in contact with the materials which are upwardly conveyed on the conveyor belt, the supporting plate opens a material conveying path. The rotating bar is maintained to be inclined to one side thereof by the weight at the other side thereof. The elastically pressurizing unit elastically pressurizes the upwardly inclined supporting plate in order to restore the supporting plate to the original position of the supporting plate.
