    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for correcting an optical property measurement error of a solar cell are provided to produce a correction factor of the solar cell by installing a detector for scan, which moves on the plane. CONSTITUTION: A relative space distribution function e(x,y) of a radiation illumination of an artificial light source(10) is measured using a detector(30) for a scan which moves on a plane(x,y) of the upper horizontal surface of the receiving surface of a solar cell(20). A relative space distribution function r(x,y) of the sensitivity of the solar cell is measured. A correction factor about the space non-uniformity is produced by measuring a representative coordinate (xi,yi) of ΔxΔy that is a unit section formed by uniformly separating the irradiation area of the artificial light source.

    • The output correction of the solar cell generating system and performance test apparatus and method are provided to produce the corrected output according to the solar radiation condition changing in real-time and to perform easily and exactly the performance test. The output correction and performance test system of the solar cell generating system comprise the temperature sensor(10), and the sunlight sensor(20) and output verifying device(30). The temperature sensor is formed in the solar cell module and measures temperature. The sunlight sensor is formed in the solar cell module and measures the solar radiation. The output verifying device produces the output of the light power generation corrected according to the solar radiation value and the temperature measured from the temperature sensor and sunlight sensor. It is verified whether the standard output complies with or not.

    • An apparatus for measuring generation efficiency of a solar power generator is provided to measure generation efficiency of a solar power generator by accurately measuring a phase difference of an AC power voltage and an AC power current, and a DC power voltage and a DC power current. An apparatus for measuring generation efficiency of a solar power generator includes a solar power generation module(1), a DC power measurer(200), an inverter(2), an AC power measurer(100), and a microcomputer(300). The DC power measurer measures a DC power generated from the solar power generation module. The inverter converts the DC power into an AC power. The AC power measurer measures an AC power outputted from the inverter. The microcomputer measures a phase difference between an AC power current and an AC power voltage, and a phase difference between a DC power current and a DC power voltage during a half period signal of a zero voltage comparator of the AC power measurer. The microcomputer measures generation efficiency of a solar power by calculating a DC power and an AC power based on the measured value.
