摘要： PURPOSE: An anti-corrosive coating composition is provided to prevent corrosion such as white rust even in a high humidity condition without environmental pollution not using a harmful organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: An anti-corrosive coating composition comprises 20-30 parts by weight of an acrylic emulsion, 5-105 parts by weight of a latex, 5-10 parts by weight of a micro-crystalline wax, 1-50 parts by weight of a silicone coupling agent, and 1-10 parts by weight of a fumed silica. The acrylic emulsion is a copolymer of a methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, (meth)acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, and styrene. The composition additionally comprises 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a foaming agent and/or 1-10 parts by weight of a leveling agent. The composition is used by being dissolved in a mixture solvent of water and alcohol.

The substrate film layer comprises a polyamide-based resin, and a copolymer which includes a polyamide-based segment and a polyether-based segment. The adhesive layer is formed on at least one side of the substrate film layer, and comprises a resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex base adhesive. The content of the polyether-based segment of the copolymer is 15-50wt% based on the total weight of the substrate film layer. 摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a moulding composition of dipping type rubber products such as house hold gloves, shoes and condoms wherein jade powder is added to improve wetting resistance and anti-bacterial property. The jade powder is used a mixture of pyroxene and amphibole in a ratio of 50:50, which are known to eliminate moisture and have bactericide property respectively. Thereby uncomfortable situation and skin irritation and disease due to perspiration are reduced during their use. CONSTITUTION: The moulding composition is prepared by dissolving in an unvulcanized rubber as solvent. Also, the composition is characterized by composing an additive for moulding another dipping type rubber products added 90-95wt.% this rubber solution containing 50-60wt.% of solids with 5-10wt.% of the jade powder with 1-5 micrometer in size, consisting the mixture of pyroxene and amphibole in a ratio of 50:50. This rubber compound is again mixed with vulcanizing agent, stabilizer and other additives to make the final compositions for various purposes.
