    • PURPOSE: Provided are an inorganic polymer mortar composition keeping high strength and having excellent endurance and workability, and a method for repairing and reinforcing concrete by using the composition. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic polymer mortar composition is applied to the surface of concrete by mixing 0.05-0.1wt% of a dispersant having a particle size of 160mesh and 0.5-1wt% of a polymer resin powder with 150mesh, mixing the mixture with 25.5-43.5wt% of calcium hydroxide with 150mesh, 1.3-2wt% of silica fume with 300mesh, and 5.9-35wt% of potassium hydroxide with 200mesh, mixing with 36.35-45wt% of silicon oxide, mixing with 25.5-43.5wt% of calcium oxide with 200mesh, and mixing with 15-20wt% of water. And the method for repairing and reinforcing concrete comprises the steps of: surface-treating the concrete; spreading prompt cement on the surface-treated concrete to cure leakage parts; high pressure water washing and scattering; getting the rust off and anticorrosion-treating; recovering alkalinity of the concrete; waterproofing, increasing adhesiveness, and surface-treating; spreading a concrete adhesive on the surface of the concrete; applying the inorganic polymer mortar composition with water to the surface of the spread adhesive; and surface-treating to prevent the surface of the concrete from neutralization and salt damage.

    • PURPOSE: A method for prevention of carbonation and deterioration of concrete is provided to keep strong adhesive on concrete, improve freezing and thawing, and resistance against chemicals, impact and abrasion, and prevent yellowing by applying base and top coating on concrete. CONSTITUTION: The base-coating material comprises 45-55wt.% of main components containing 13.5-16.5wt.% of epoxy or denatured epoxy resin, 4.5-5.5wt.% of alumina or aluminum hydroxide, 13.5-16.5wt.% of high-early strength cement, solvent(cellosolve acetate, isopropyl alcohol, etc.), and optionally talc and antisettling agent, and 45-55wt.% of hardener composed of 11.3-13.7wt.% of polyamide resin, or denatured amine resin(aromatic amine resin), 22.5-27.5wt.% of water, 4.5-5.5wt.% of aluminum silicate, 2.7-3.3wt.% of titanium oxide, antifoaming agent and antisettling agent. The top-coating material comprises 60-73wt.% of main components, 21.6-26.4wt.% of acrylic resin or denatured acrylic resin, 8.4-10.2wt.% of titanium oxide, 9.5-11.7wt.% of polyester resin or denatured polyester resin, solvent, and optionally pigment, talc, antifoaming agent, dispersant and flatting agent, and 30-37wt.% of hardener composed of 13.5-16.5wt.% of urethane or denatured urethane resin. The carbonation and deterioration of concrete is prevented by coating base-coating materials on concrete and coating top-coating materials on the base-coating.

    • PURPOSE: A hybrid-type aqueous asphalt waterproofing agent composition is provided to enhance a waterproofing function, and to replace waterproofing materials which contains an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type aqueous asphalt waterproofing agent composition comprises a liquid component-A and a powdery component-B. The liquid component-A comprises 50-60 wt% of emulsified asphalt, 25-35 wt% of styrene-butadiene latex liquid rubber, 8-13 wt% of ketone amide denaturation propionate emulsification polymer liquid, and 2-7 wt% of polyhydric alcohol based on 100 wt% of the liquid component A. The powdery component-B comprises 20-40 wt% of silica having 20 micrometers or less based on 100 wt% of the liquid component-A. When the liquid component-A and the powdery component-B are combined, the viscosity is 1,200-1,500 cps under the temperature condition of 25 deg. Celsius. When the liquid component-A and the powdery component-B are combined, the pH is 4.8-5.2.
