摘要： A method for manufacturing a silicon carbide based honeycomb structure wherein a recycled raw material from a recovered material derived from a starting material for a silicon carbide based honeycomb structure, which has been generated in a process for manufacturing the silicon carbide based honeycomb structure, is used as a part of a starting material, which comprises using the above recycled raw material having been so pulverized as to have an average particle size of 10 to 300 mum. The method allows the manufacture of a silicon carbide based honeycomb structure which is reduced in structure defects such as voids or coarse particles and has excellent strength and uniform heat conductivity, and further allows the shortening of the time required for kneading, since a material having been subjected to kneading is used as a part of a starting material.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of producing coloured carrier particles (substrates), which comprises a) dispersing the carrier particles in a solution of a colorant or latent pigment, adding the carrier particles to a solution of a colorant or latent pigment, or adding a latent pigment or a colorant to a dispersion of the carrier particles, b) precipitating the colorant or latent pigment onto the carrier particles, and c) in the case of a latent pigment, subsequently converting it to the pigment, and to the coloured substrates obtainable by such a method, and also to the use thereof. Using the methods according to the invention it is possible to obtain colorations and coloured substrates that have surprisingly good light-fastness properties.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided are molded products, industrial and constructional materials, which prevent flames and generation of toxic gas, emit far infrared rays, and improve workability by using vermiculite with characteristic properties such as incombustibility, heat insulation and lightweight. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of molded products comprises the steps of: (i) grinding vermiculite to an effective size according to use; (ii) firing at 200-850deg.C in the reductive atmosphere in a blast furnace to expand the volume of ground vermiculite; (iii) adding an adhesive containing 6-10wt.% of boric acid, 11-15wt.% of borax, 3-5wt.% of incombustible sodium silicate solution and 70wt.% of water; (iv) heat-processing mixed materials to a plat shape with a roller of 100-350deg.C for 3-10min; (v) moldering by rapid heating at 250-300deg.C in pressing; (vi) drying in the air for 24-48hrs. Also, the step (v) comprises the first drying at 100-200deg.C and the second drying by repeating hot blowing(50-200deg.C of wind at a rate of 0.3-5m/sec) and discharging. The resultant molded products are used as insulating materials such as filling materials used in fire door or sandwich panel and vermiculite board.

摘要： Temperature compensating capacitors and dielectric ceramic powder compositions therefor are disclosed, based upon a dual-component barium borate and zinc silicate sintering flux. The precursor dielectric ceramic powders can include (1-m) BaTiO 3 + (m) CaZrO 3 (BTCZ composition), with m ranging from 20 mole percent to 35 mole percent, xBaO.yTiO 2 .zRE 2 O 3 (rare earth composition), (RE being a rare earth metal), with x ranging from 0m% to 30m%, y ranging from 45m% to 95m%, and z ranging from 5m% to 50m%, or a combination of the BTCZ and rare earth composition in varying weight percents. The effective range of B 2 O 3 in the barium borate ranges from 0.029w% to 2.75w% of the total dielectric composition, whereas the effective range of SiO 2 in the zinc silicate ranges from 0.08w% to 1.42w% of the total dielectric composition.
