    • PURPOSE: A complex separating membrane for separating hydrogen gas and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to compensate the brittleness of a separating membrane and to improve hydrogen permeating characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A complex separating membrane for separating hydrogen gas is based on TiN and metals. The metals are cobalt or nickel. A method for manufacturing the complex separating membrane includes the following: TiN powder and metal powder are mixed to obtained mixed powder; the mixed powder is milled using a high energy milling unit; the milled powder is pre-molded in the form of a disk based on a cold isostatic pressing operation; the pre-molded product undergoes a hot isostatic pressing operation to obtain the complex separating membrane; and the surface of the complex separating membrane is treated to adjust the thickness of the complex separating membrane.
    • 目的:提供用于分离氢气的复合分离膜及其制造方法,以补偿分离膜的脆性并改善氢渗透特性。 构成:用于分离氢气的复合分离膜是基于TiN和金属。 金属是钴或镍。 复合分离膜的制造方法包括:将TiN粉末和金属粉末混合,得到混合粉末; 使用高能量研磨单元研磨混合粉末; 基于冷等静压操作将研磨的粉末以盘的形式预成型; 预成型产品进行热等静压加压操作以获得复合分离膜; 处理复合分离膜的表面以调节复合分离膜的厚度。

    • PURPOSE: A membrane reactor equipped with a filter is provided to reduce the contact of large molecular materials with the filter by generating resistance to the large molecular materials. CONSTITUTION: A membrane reactor equipped with a filter includes a membrane(2) and a filter(3). The filter is separately installed in the membrane. A catalyst(4) is carried in the filter. A gap between the filter and the membrane is in a range between 0.5 and 30mm. Voids of 0.5 to 100um are arranged in the filter. The filter includes a source gas inlet and a source gas outlet(6). The source gas inlet is installed at one inner side of the filter. The source gas outlet is installed at another inner side of the filter.
