    • PURPOSE: Provided is a novel chiral salene catalyst which maintains activity even after completing reaction and affect the ramification of chiral epoxide. Also, a method for manufacturing chiral compound using the catalyst is provided. CONSTITUTION: The novel chiral salene catalyst of the formula (1) is manufactured by reacting a salene compound of the formula (2) with cobalt (II) acetate and a ferrocenium derivative in the presence of organic solvent. In the formula (1), X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, and X8 are hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups of C4-C10; Y1 and Y2 are hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups of C1-C5; Z is PF6 or BF4; R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups of C4-C10, unsubstituted phenyl groups, or phenyl groups substituted with alkyl groups of C1-C4. And the method for manufacturing chiral epoxide or chiral compound of chiral 1,2-diol is characterized by the use of chiral salene catalyst.
    • 目的:提供一种新型的手性salene催化剂,即使在完成反应后也能保持活性并影响手性环氧化物的分支。 另外,提供了使用该催化剂制造手性化合物的方法。 构成:式(1)的新型手性烯烃催化剂是通过在有机溶剂存在下使式(2)的salene化合物与乙酸钴(II)和二茂铁衍生物反应来制备的。 在式(1)中,X 1,X 2,X 3,X 4,X 5,X 6,X 7和X 8为氢原子或C 4 -C 10的烷基; Y1和Y2是C1-C5的氢原子或烷基; Z为PF6或BF4; R1和R2是氢原子,C4-C10烷基,未取代的苯基或被C1-C4的烷基取代的苯基。 手性环氧化物或手性1,2-二醇的手性化合物的制造方法的特征在于使用手性salene催化剂。
