    • PURPOSE: Provided is a filter member with high filtration efficiency, which is made of synthetic fibers, each comprising a core fiber with a diameter of 3 to 7 mm and outer shell and further provided is a filtration system with the same filter member. The filtration system comprises a filtration cylinder(501) with a raw water inlet(502) and a back washing water outlet(504) at an upper portion thereof and a filtrate outlet(503) at a lower end portion thereof, a perforated plate(505) with a plurality of penetrated holes(506), which is installed at a lower end portion of the cylinder(501), for holding filter members(511) in the cylinder(501), a plurality of filter members(511) provided in the cylinder(501) near the low end portion, a moving plate(507) with a plurality of holes(508) for pressing the filter members(511) against the perforated plate(505) and moving linearly in vertical direction, a vertically moving shaft(509) extending in the cylinder(502) with an upper end on the outside of the cylinder(501) and a lower end coupled to the moving plate(507), and a jockey(510) for moving the shaft(509) in vertical direction.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a honeycomb type electrostatic dust collecting filter is provided to increase dust collecting efficiency by scratching the surface of film sheet using a grinding brush, thereby forming prominence and depression on the surface thereof to increase air contact area, and the dust collecting filter is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a honeycomb type electrostatic dust collecting filter comprises the steps of transferring the film sheet as applying a proper tension to a polypropylene series film sheet(10); forming scratches on both surfaces of the film sheet(10) by frictionally contacting a grinding brush(30) rotated in the same direction as a transfer direction of the film sheet(10) with both surfaces of the film sheet(10) transferred; electrifying static electricity to the film sheet(10) on both surfaces of which scratches are formed; coating a plural rows of adhesive formed in a long band shape in a length direction and spaced apart from each other in a certain distance in a width direction of the film sheet on the film sheet(10); vertically laying up the adhesive coated film sheets(10) in multilayer, and adhering the laid-up multilayer of the adhesive coated film sheets(10); cutting the laid-up and adhered multilayer film sheets(10) to a certain thickness according to a film laying up direction; and forming a honeycomb shape by pulling both ends of the dust collecting filter.
