CONSTITUTION: The drug patch system(100) comprises a solvent resource; and an array(102) having a plurality of the micro-perforators dissolving rapidly and delivering a drug when contacting to the solvent. The drug is contained in a polymer matrix material. The drug constitutes substantially 100% of the micro-perforator. The drug comprises peptide, hexane, polysaccharide or vaccine. The micro-perforator is long enough to perforate into a dermis layer.
