    • PURPOSE: An assembling method of a plastic hood for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost, and to improve the quality by integrally assembling an outer panel and an inner panel without complex hemming and welding with using a clamp. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is spread on a subpart installation part(12a) formed in an inner panel(12) of a plastic hood(10), and the subpart is installed and fixed completely by a rivet. An outer panel(11) of the plastic hood is placed and fastened on an assembling jig(20). An adhesive is spread on the bonding area of the outer panel, and the inner panel is attached on the bonding area of the outer panel. The contact area of the outer panel and the inner panel is fixed firmly by plural clamps(23) formed in the edge of the assembling jig. The assembling jig is manufactured by assembling plural support members after hardening resin on the outer panel and separating the resin and support members from the outer panel.

CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner condenser case is produced with a polyester resin by a SMC construction method. A case, a side and a cover of an air conditioner are produced integrally. The air conditioner is coated by a spraying method. The polyester resin composite contains an unsaturated polyester resin of 10¯35 weight%, a reinforcement of 25¯40 weight% and an inorganic filler of 35¯55 weight%. Thereby, the physical characteristic of the air conditioner case is improved.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing plastic hood assemblies is provided to improve a weight reduction, a rigidity, a dent resistance, a corrosion resistance and an oil canning phenomenon by replacing into a thermosetting plastic resin as a material of hood assembly. CONSTITUTION: An outer panel of plastic resin is prepared to have a flange along to its edge. An inner panel of plastic resin is prepared to have an egg box design throughout the surface. The outer and inner panels are bonded with an adhesive based on at least one selected from an epoxy, an urethane and an acryl. The inner panel is fixed on a jig to be subjected to bonding with sub-pieces such as hinge mountings and strikers, and then riveting. The inner panel is applied with an adhesive along to its edge and on its middle portion, and then bonded with the outer panel using a bonding jig.

Preferably the unsaturated polyester resin is an iso-type resin, an ortho-type resin, a tere-type resin, a modified bisphenol-based resin, a bisphenol-based resin, a vinyl ester-based resin and their mixtures.

    • PURPOSE: An assembling method improves the performances of the rear door of a vehicle such as a light characteristics, a corrosion resistance and an operability. CONSTITUTION: The inner panel and the outer panel of a rear door of a vehicle is made by a hand lay-up method by using a polyester field resin composition. At first, a master model is made. Then, a negative mold is made by using the master model as a reference with FRP(fiber reinforced plastics) or epoxy. On the metal mold, a gell coating is done and then, a glass matrix is spreaded on the coating. Then, a resin is infiltrated and cured by using a roller, manually. A curing step is mainly implemented on ambient temperature. At the moment, the thickness of a formed substance is varied according to the numbers of piled glass matrices.
