    • An optimal design method of a structure is provided to offer the optimum design criteria by using physical properties of UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites) to the maximum when manufacturing a single-span girder with UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites). An optimal design method of a structure is provided for making the optimum design for an RC or PSC I-type girder possible using UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites), wherein the UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites) are manufactured by inputting mixing water composed of water and high-performance water reducing agents into premixing type mortar composed of cement, sand, reactive powder, filler and thickener and mixing with a high-speed mixer, inputting steel fibers having different sizes into an admixture of the mortar and the mixing water in the single or hybrid type and re-mixing, and then curing for the appointed period.

    • PURPOSE: A composition of performance-improving agent for surface treatment of deteriorated steel-concrete structure is provided to fix chloride ions in the concrete structure, protect the corrosion of steel and improve pH of deteriorated concrete by coating concrete structure with a surface treatment agent several times. CONSTITUTION: The surface treatment agent comprises the components of; 15-70wt.% of sodium silicate such as Na2O3SiO2 or Na2O4SiO2; 0.05-5.0wt.% of biochemical material as a catalyst, such as sodium alginate(C6H7NaO6) or casein to improve durability and waterproofness; 25-84.05wt.% of distilled water; and optionally less than 3.0wt.% of surfactant such as C5H8SO2LiF(C2F4)3-8 or (C2H4O)nHF(C2F4)3-8, to lower viscosity of the mixture, less than 7.0wt.% of steel corrosion inhibitor such as triethanol amine, and alkali such as NaOH or Ca(OH)2 to maintain the pH of the mixture between 13-14. The surface treatment agent is prepared by mixing the above materials, heating to 70-100deg.C for 1-2hrs, and applying 5-50drops of acetic acid in a rate of one drop per 1-5hrs for homogeneous mixing.
