    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of heat dissipation composition for an LED housing, heat dissipation composition using the method and a manufacturing method of an LED housing using the same are provided to improve a heat dissipation characteristic by uniformly dispersing aluminum powder between laminates. CONSTITUTION: An expanded graphite/aluminum metal powder dispersion solution is manufactured to be powder by being dried at 80-100 degrees. EVA 50-90 part by weight and antioxidant 0.1-0.3 part by weight are added to the powdered expanded graphite/aluminum metal powder 100 part by weight. The EVA and the antioxidant are kneaded in a kneader of 60-80 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The kneaded material is again dispersed in a mixing roll of 60-80 degrees. By injecting the dispersed material into an extruder of 130-150 degrees, EVA/expanded graphite/aluminum master batch is manufactured as a pellet(S2).
