    • PURPOSE: A thin film diode display plate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to apply an RGBW method, thereby improving brightness and side visibility. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(190) made of transparent conductive materials is formed on an insulation substrate. The pixel electrode(190) is electrically connected by the first and second scan lines(121,123) and two MIM(Metal Insulator Metal) diodes(D1,D2). The first and second scan lines are longitudinally formed on upper and lower portions of the pixel region. The first and second incoming electrodes(123,124) are faced by the first and second scan lines and connected to the first and second scan lines with a branch shape. The first and second incoming electrodes are covered by the first and second insulation films(151,152). The first and second contact electrodes(141,142) are formed on the substrate. An end of the first and second contact electrodes is superposed between the first and second incoming electrodes and the insulation films. The other end of the first and second contact electrodes are connected to the first and second contact portions(191,192) of the pixel electrode.

CONSTITUTION: A mask(700) used for fabricating a color filter of a liquid crystal display includes pixel regions arranged in a matrix pixels. An opening part and a shielding part are arranged in the pixel regions repeatedly. A color filter photoresist having the first color is coated on a substrate(210) including pixel regions having the first, second and third colors. The color filter photoresist includes a pigment having the first color and a positive or negative photosensitive resin. The opening part or shielding part of the mask is aligned with the pixel region having the first color. The color filter photoresist is exposed using the mask and developed, to form a color filter having the first color.
