A drain electrode(175) is located on a source electrode(173) and a gate electrode is located on a spot opposite to the source electrode. The source electrode is located on the semiconductor layer. A protective film is located on the source electrode and the drain electrode. A pixel electrode(191) locates on the protective film.

    • A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the tilted phenomenon of liquid crystal which may be caused by the stepped height of a color filter at a portion adjacent to a black matrix. A display device comprises a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, the first protective film(151), a black matrix(160), the second protective film(152), a color filter(170) and a pixel electrode(180). The gate lines are extended in one direction on substrates(100, 200). The data lines are insulated from the gate lines. The first protective film is formed on a substrate including data lines. The black matrix is selectively formed on the first protection film. The second protective film is formed at a side of the black matrix and an upper part of the first protection film.

    • A method for manufacturing a color filter substrate is provided to prevent ink smears from being generated along a jet path of color ink and improve color reproducibility and display quality. Color ink is jetted into first opening portions, which are arranged on a base substrate, by using a print head unit having a plurality of jet nozzles(S110). One of the base substrate and the print head unit is relatively rotated(S130). Color ink is jetted into second opening portions by using the print head unit, wherein each of the second opening portions is disposed between neighboring first opening portions(S150).     • An ink jet printing system is provided to recognize coordinates values of all arrangement keys at once by mounting an additional arrangement key recognizing device and make an ink jet head to promptly perform a scanning process by transmitting the coordinates values to the ink jet head. In an ink jet printing system, a substrate(210) is mounted on a stage(500). A head unit(700) is separately positioned on an upper part of the stage with a predetermined gap. An arrangement key recognizing device(1000) positioned at an upper or a lower part of the head unit recognizes all coordinates values of a plurality of arrangement keys(240) which is formed at the substrate and transfers to the head unit. An ink jet head of the head unit is arranged by using the coordinates values of the arrangement keys recognized by the arrangement key recognizing device.
