    • A flexible heating sheet is provided to improve a flexibility property of the heating sheet by completely attaching a synthetic resin to a conductive carbon black and a silver paste. A flexible heating sheet is made of a laminate. The laminate includes a lower insulation layer, a heating layer, and an upper insulation layer. The lower insulation layer is made of a PET(PolyEthyleneTerephthalate) nonwoven fabric layer(11). The heating layer includes a conductive carbon black layer(13) and a silver paste layer(14). The upper insulation layer is made of a second linear low-density polyethylene film layer(12b). The lower insulation layer is attached to the heating layer by using a first linear low-density polyethylene film layer(12a).

    • A plate heater is provided to be closely adhered to an outer circumferential plane of a heating object having a variable shape by improving a bending structure. A plate heater includes a rear plane cover(100), a heating line(110), a front plane cover(120), and a power applying unit(130). The rear plane cover(100) is a polygonal shape flat plate. The heating line(110) is arranged in zigzag on an inner plane of the rear plane cover(100) along a lengthwise direction. The front plane cover(120) is installed on a front side of the rear plane cover(100) to include the heating line(110). The power applying unit(130) is connected to both ends of the heating line(110) and provides power through both insertion units of the front plane cover(120). A bent connection unit(104) is bent to be connected to the front plane cover(120) on upper and lower parts of the rear plane cover(100).

    • 본발명은면상발열체의절연을강화하는절연방법에관한것이다. 통상면상발열체의절연소재로많이사용하는 PET필름은한번성형되면다른어떠한수지와도붙지않기때문에접착제를이용하여 PE 수지를부착하고숙성한다음압출기를통하여겔상상태로압출하면서숙성된필름을부착하는방식은접착제의특성과 PE수지의내열도가매우낮아낮은온도영역에서밖에사용이불가능하였고상기의절연방식은강성은강하나유연성이없어문제시되던것을내열성과내구성, 방습성이우수한 PET를기본베이스로하여유연성 PET를제조하고고강도 PET와유연성 PET수지를 2중절연코팅함으로서종래의면상발열체의표면에절연필름형성용용융수지를직접압출하여압착함으로서발생하는발열사부분의절연표면이얇아져발열사의내전압이파괴되거나합지시발생하는표면불균형이없어질뿐 아니라, 기본베이스필름을이용하여또다시절연함으로서 2중절연으로인한내구성이강화되는효과가있고, 접착제를사용하지않아열에의해보호필름이떨어지는문제점을개선하여본 발명의상부절연판과하부절연판이접착제에의한접착보다는견고하게융착되고, 별도의접착과숙성공정이생략되어제조원가절감과내열도향상, 내구성증가등의효과가있다.
