    • PURPOSE: A removing scale and a regenerating method of a pipe line using a clustered water manufacturing machine is provided to continuously produce a clustered water and prevent the scale of the pipe line by unifying a clustered water manufacturing machine in the pipe line after removing the scale. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the following steps. Flanges(100,100a) are connected to the both ends of the cut portion of the old duct. One side coupling flange(14) of a clustered water manufacturing machine is integrally connected to one side flange of the pipe line. A water inflow line(203) and a water outflow line(204) which are connected to both sides of the end of the air pipe(201) of an air impact generator, is connected to the other side coupling flange(14a) of the clustered water manufacturing machine and the other side flange of the pipe line(1a). The air impact generator is operated. The magnetized clustered water which is the clustered water manufacturing machine and compressed air is supplied through the water outflow line in turn. The scale is removed and exhausted. The water inflow line and the water outflow line of air impact generator are separated from cluster water manufacturing machine and the pipe line after completely removing the scale of the pipe line.

The bolt hole is formed in a coupling protrusion(11) of the flange(10). The flange is screwed in a fastening hole of a fastening projection with a bolt and a nut(22). The nut is provided with tightening force by passing a bolt through a hole formed in the connection part of the packing. The drain pipe maintains the constant watertightness of the packing between the flanges.
