A method for manufacturing artificial volcanic rocks includes the following: The first and second compositions are formed. The first and the second compositions are introduced in a mold. The introduced compositions are dried and separated from the mold.

    • A method of preparing a filler for bituminous paving mixture is provided to protect secondary or tertiary contamination caused by landfill of industrial waste, and to replace general fine aggregate and to reduce amount of asphalt to be used by recycling fly ash generated from incineration processing and waste foundry sand from casting after pre-treatment of the wastes. The preparation method includes mixing 40-80wt.% of fly ash after pre-treatment and 20-60wt.% of waste foundry sand. The pre-treatment process is divided into screening and drying steps. The screening step is performed by passing each of the fly ash and the waste foundry sand through screens having 30 to 200 mesh sieves to have particles with 75-600 micrometers. The dry step is performed by drying each of the selected fly ash and waste foundry sand in a drying furnace to have water content of 0.5wt.%. The preparation apparatus consists of screens(1,5), conveyor screws(2,6), dryers(3,7), bucket elevators(4,8) and a mixer(9).

CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 40-70 wt.% of the lava limestone as a principle component apparatus in a powdered form of 70-300mesh; 19-50 wt.% of a plaster component; 8-30 wt.% of any plastic additive; 1-15 wt.% of an admixture; and 2-20 wt.% of a pigment based on the total weight of the composition. The plastic additive is selected from a group consisting of clay raw material, Portland constructional material, plastic waste, charcoal powder, zeolite and fly ash. The clay material is selected from a group consisting of plastic clay, fire-resistant clay, various clays for brick, stoneware, cosmetic product, glaze, enamel, paper product and/or bentonite. The admixture is selected from a group consisting of AE(air entraining) agent, foaming agent, dispersing agent, water-proof agent, dehydrating agent, fluidizing agent and solidification control agent.
