    • PURPOSE: An electric power storage apparatus and an operation method thereof and an electric power storage system are provided to supply electric power continuously and stably even in an abnormal state of an electric power system. CONSTITUTION: An electric power storage system includes a power generation system generating electric energy, a load consuming electric power, and an electric power system and electric power storage apparatus transmitting the electric energy. The load receives the electric power from the electric power storage apparatus or commercial power from the electric power system. The power generation system converts new energy or renewable energy into the electric energy and supplies to the electric power storage apparatus. A combined control apparatus controls a system interconnection apparatus in an abnormal state in order to block a connection between the electric power system and electric power storage system.
    • 目的:提供一种电力存储装置及其操作方法和电力存储系统,即使在电力系统的异常状态下也能够连续稳定地供给电力。 构成:电力存储系统包括发电系统的发电系统,负荷消耗电力,电力系统以及发送电能的蓄电装置。 负载从电力存储装置接收电力或从电力系统接收商业电力。 发电系统将新能源或可再生能源转换成电能并供给蓄电装置。 组合控制装置控制处于异常状态的系统互连装置,以阻断电力系统和蓄电系统之间的连接。

    • PURPOSE: An energy storing system and a controlling method thereof are provided to stably implement a UPS function in an outage. CONSTITUTION: A MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) converter(111) converts power generated from a renewable energy generation system and outputs the converted power into a first node. A bidirectional inverter(112) converts the first DC power inputted through the first node into AC power and outputs the AC power into a second node. A battery(120) stores the second DC power. A bidirectional converter(113) converts the second DC power into the first DC power and outputs the converted first DC power in the bidirectional inverter. An integrated control unit(114) controls to transmit the second DC power stored in the battery to a load.
