The lower cap heating part has a lower cap and heats and welds heat wires through the outer power source. The lower cap mounting part presses and bonds the nonwoven fabric. The upper cap heating part has an upper cap and heats and welds the heat wires through the outer power source. The upper cap mounting part presses and bonds the nonwoven fabric bonded with the lower cap. The upper and lower cap mounting parts are placed to the front surfaces of the supporting plate.

摘要： An apparatus for attaching a tube segment (24, 124, 224) to a bag (10, 140, 240) by fusing them together in an aseptic form, fill and seal operation is provided. The apparatus includes a sterile processing chamber in which a sterilized tube segment and a pair of opposing wall portions (28, 30) of a flexible bag are to be located. The sterilized tube section has an open end which is to be placed in communication with an interior space of the bag. A tuber inserter is at least partially located within the processing chamber and arranged to grip the tube segment and place the tube segment between the wall portions of the bag. At least one member is provided for fusing the tube segment between the wall portions of the bas so that the open end of the tube segment is in communication with the interior space in the bag. A bag formed using the apparatus and a method of forming the fused tube- on-bag are also provided.

摘要： PURPOSE: An assembling device of disc cartridge is provided to combine a pair of cartridge halves at a short time without separating after assembling and to protect a disc stored in a main cartridge body unit. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion formed in one inner surface of cartridge halves is penetrated through a through slot formed in the other cartridge half in register with the protrusion. A distal end of the projection is thermally deformed to combine cartridges. The upper and the lower cartridge halves are layered by the protrusion and supported by a supporting tool. The distal end of the protrusion is heated by a heater and thermally deformed by a caulking head formed a recess on a surface to compress. The caulking head and the projection are cooled with the cooling tool according as the caulking head is detached from the thermally deformed protrusion. A caulking process is reduced because the deformation of protrusion is performed to be solidification.
