    • PURPOSE: An eco container manufacturing method with recycled cotton fiber and a container using the same are provided to prevent environmental pollution and risk to human health due to polystyrene by manufacturing a container only using a cotton fiber without additional additives. CONSTITUTION: An eco container manufacturing method with recycled cotton fiber is as follows. A cotton fiber that is a fibrous byproduct is cut within a specific length range through wet beating(S10). The cut cotton fiber is independently wet-molded by a wet mold to primarily mold and dehydrate(S20). The cotton fiber is independently dry-molded by a dry mold to secondarily mold and dehydrate(S30).     • 본 발명은 통상적인 양피 가죽의 제조공정인 탄닝공정, 중화공정을 거친 양피 가죽의 염색공정 시 자연에서 추출, 정제된 천연염료인 정향을 사용하여 갈색 계통의 색상을 가지는 양피 가죽을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정향을 이용한 갈색 계통을 갖는 양피 가죽의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 자연에 존재하는 염료인, 즉 인체 무해한 천연염료를 사용하여 양피 가죽을 염색하여 색상을 부여함으로써, 염색공정의 진행 시 환경오염이 전혀 발생하지 않아 피혁 폐수에서 발생되는 환경영향수치를 감소할 수 있는 친환경적 공법이다. 아울러 기존의 합성염료에 의해 제조된 갈색 색상의 양피가죽과 동등 이상의 물리적인 특성을 가지고, 천연염료인 정향 자체의 항균성 및 소취성의 기능성을 가지며, 미려한 색상에 의해 제품의 고부가가치화가 가능하여 신발, 가방, 의류, 가구용 피혁 소재로의 활용이 가능하고, 그 적용범위가 대폭 확대되고 수요도 증가할 것으로 기대된다.

    • A method for manufacturing a regenerated protein spun-dyed yarn is provided to improve the fastness of the regenerated protein spun-dyed yarn, by mixing dyes as well as soluble polymers and cross-linking agents into collagen protein extracted from leather wastes such as shaving scrapes. A spinning solution is prepared by dissolving dyes in an aqueous solution of which a pH value is adjusted to 1.5-5.0 by organic acid, and dissolving PVA, a cross-linking material, and collagen protein extracted from saving scrapes in the dye-dissolved solution. The spinning solution is exhausted to a coagulating bath containing two or more kinds of coagulating materials, and passed by a washing bath and a cross-linking bath. The dyes are selected from liquid or powder type direct dyes, acidic dyes, alkaline dyes, dispersive dyes, reactive dyes, metal complex dyes, azoic dyes, and fluorescent whitening dyes. The dyes are added into the aqueous solution by an amount corresponding to 0.1-50 wt% of the collagen protein and soluble polymers.

    • PURPOSE: A process for preparing leather like material by using shaving scrap as waste leather generated in the process for the manufacture of leather as raw material without changing basic physical properties and feeling of leather is provided, which reduces environmental pollution and treatment expenses and recycles the resources of waste. CONSTITUTION: The titled leather like material is prepared by the process consisting of: beating waste leather and other industrial wastes for 1 to 120deg.C and neutralizing with 0.1 to 10.0% HCOONa and 0.1 to 10.0% NaHCO3 for 10 to 360 min; treating with 0.1 to 10.0% retanning agent for 10 to 360 min; and treating with 0.1 to 20.0% oil or fat liquor to give lubricity.
