    • A device for analyzing tin compound in a liquid sample and a tin analyzing method using the same are provided to reduce pre-treatment time by changing an organic tin compound into an inorganic tin compound so as to measure the tin compound with an electrochemical method. A device for analyzing tin compound in a liquid sample consecutively measures the concentration of an inorganic or organic tin compound in the liquid sample through stripping voltammetery, and has a sample reservoir, an acid injector, a reactor and a detector. The sample reservoir stores the liquid sample. The acid injector injects acid to the liquid sample to adjust acidity for a set level. The reactor conducts an electrochemical measurement on the acid-injected tin sample. The detector detects the electrochemical signal sent from the reactor.

    • A silica or alumina ceramic diffuser comprising particles that are dense and uniform and have an ideal particle size distribution is provided to generate microbubbles constantly, a method for manufacturing the silica or alumina ceramic diffuser is provided, and a method for floating contaminants using the silica or alumina ceramic diffuser is provided. A silica or alumina ceramic diffuser for generating microbubbles is characterized in that the diffuser is manufactured by firing a silica powder or alumina powder compact, used for the flotation of contaminants from sewage or wastewater, and formed in the form of a pipe having a length of 16 to 100 cm. In a manufacturing method of a pipe type silica or alumina ceramic diffuser, a method for manufacturing a silica or alumina ceramic diffuser for generating microbubbles comprises: a first step of preparing a wet silica or alumina powder; a second step of injecting the wet powder into an extruder; a third step of installing an oscillator on a nozzle of the extruder; a fourth step of applying vibration to the powder by the oscillator and pressurizing the powder to subject the powder to extrusion molding; and a fifth step of firing a molded article extruded from the nozzle in an oxidation atmospheric heat treatment furnace.
