    • PURPOSE: An eco container manufacturing method with recycled cotton fiber and a container using the same are provided to prevent environmental pollution and risk to human health due to polystyrene by manufacturing a container only using a cotton fiber without additional additives. CONSTITUTION: An eco container manufacturing method with recycled cotton fiber is as follows. A cotton fiber that is a fibrous byproduct is cut within a specific length range through wet beating(S10). The cut cotton fiber is independently wet-molded by a wet mold to primarily mold and dehydrate(S20). The cotton fiber is independently dry-molded by a dry mold to secondarily mold and dehydrate(S30).
