摘要： PURPOSE: An emergency charging apparatus and a method for an electric vehicle or a hybrid electric vehicle are provided to charge a battery through different power supply units. CONSTITUTION: An emergency charging switch(120) is formed on an emergency charge power line(110) and selectively opens and closes a charging path. A voltage converting module is arranged in the emergency charge power line and converts the voltage of the emergency charge power into the charging voltage of the battery pack for a vehicle. An emergency charging sensing line(140) is connected to the emergency charge power line and transmits the supply sensing signal of the emergency charging power to a control module(150). If the supply of the emergency charge power is detected, the control module turns off a charge control switch and a discharge control switch and turns on the emergency charge switch to provide emergency charge power to a battery cell.

摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing leakage current of battery, and a battery-driven apparatus and a battery pack including the apparatus are provided to sense the existence of a leaked current accurately through a simple leakage current detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION: A DC voltage supply unit(350) applies a DC voltage to a battery cathode. A voltage sensing unit(330) senses the detection voltage of a battery cathode or a cathode terminal. A leakage current determining unit(340) uses the detection voltage of the cathode terminal and battery cathode terminal. The leakage resistance is calculated. It provides for the reference insulation resistance, and determines whether or not the leakage current occurs.
