    • PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by forming a doping layer with a low carbon content on the upper and lower sides of a doping layer with a high carbon content. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is arranged on the upper side of a substrate(100). A second electrode(140) is arranged on the upper side of the first electrode. A photoelectric converting unit(120-PV) is located between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes a p-type semiconductor layer(120p), an i-type semiconductor layer(120i), and an n-type semiconductor layer(120n). The p-type semiconductor layer includes a first doping layer(120p1), a second doping layer(120p2), and a third doping layer(120p3). The carbon content of the second doping layer is higher than the carbon contents of the first doping layer and the third doping layer.
