CONSTITUTION: A street lamp column(100) has a hollow hole on a circumferential side where plural injecting slots(120) connected to an inside in a longitudinal direction. A motor(200), arranged within the street lamp column, forms a screw thread with a set length in a longitudinal direction of the street lamp column, and has a rotary shaft(210) rotating normally or reversely. An injection system(300), screw-coupled with the rotary shaft and being capable of being lifted or falling while being connected to a compressed air infusing tube(340), injects the compressed air outward the column while being lifted or dropping.
