CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator(10) comprises the following stages: discharging polymer solution from a nozzle while applying high voltage between a collector electrode and a nozzle in order to form a first nano-fiber layer(20) which has a lattice form; installing a second nano-fiber layer(30) which is thinner than the first nano-fiber layer on one side of the first nano-fiber layer and installing a third nano-fiber layer(40) which is thinner than the first nano-fiber layer on the other side of the first nano-fiber layer.

    • PURPOSE: A nanofiber fabricating apparatus is provided to always uniformly maintain pile amount based on the width direction of a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber fabricating apparatus comprises a transfer device(10) and a plurality of electric field spinning unit(20). The transfer device carries a sheet along a predetermined direction. The plurality of electric field spinning unit is aligned in serial along the transfer direction. The plural electric field spinning unit comprises a collector, a nozzle block(110), a electric power supplier(160), and reciprocation driving unit(201). The power supplier applies high voltage between the collector and the nozzle block.
