    • PURPOSE: A method for preparation a back electrode using an Ag paste composition and a method for forming a silicon solar cell are provided to easily form an Ag pattern on an Al layer by using an Al paste composition and the Ag paste composition including Sn powder in back electrode formation. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive semiconductor substrate(201) having an emitter layer and a reflection barrier layer is prepared. An Al paste composition is coated on the back surface of a substrate to form an Al layer(206). An Ag paste composition is printed on the Al layer to form an Ag pattern(207). The Al layer and the substrate having the Ag pattern are formed at the same time. Therefore, a back electrode(205) including the Al layer and an Ag/Al pattern(208) is formed on the substrate.

    • PURPOSE: A ceramic composition and a preparation method thereof are provided to emit far infrared rays as well as to absorb and neutralize electromagnetic waves without any corrosion without using conventional metal materials. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic composition is prepared by the process comprising the steps of: (a) preparing 80-90 wt% of titanium-containing magnetite, 5-10 wt% of feldspar and 5-10 wt% of at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of zeolite, mica, talc and pagodite; (b) finely pulverizing each mineral into 100-200 mesh in three times to remove impurities, respectively and mixing together; (c) heating the mixture at low temperature of 200-300 deg.C for 2-3 hours and then cooling as a first plasticizing process; (d) heating again the first plastic product at a temperature of 500-900 deg.C for 2-4 hours and then cooling as a second plasticizing process; and (e) heating again the second plastic product at high temperature of 800-1300 deg.C for 2-4 hours while supplying with nitrogen-containing gas and then cooling slowly as a third plasticizing process.
