      본 발명에 의한 인발다이스의 홀 가공장치는, 캠(cam)으로 이루어져 요동운동을 생성하는 요동캠(120)과; 상기 요동캠(120)의 유동에 따라 상하로 일정 간격으로 유동하는 상하축(140)과; 상기 상하축(140)의 하측에 구비되며, 소재의 중앙부에 홀(hole)을 성형하는 가공침(170)과; 소재가 안착되도록 지지하는 테이블(200)과; 상기 테이블(200)의 상하 이동을 제어하는 테이블구동수단(220)과; 상기 테이블(200)의 소재안착부(210)에 놓인 소재의 상면을 눌러 고정하는 고정단(300)과; 상기 고정단(300)의 상하 이동을 안내하고 조절하는 고정단조절수단 등으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 가공침의 낌이 방지되고 작업능률이 향상되는 이점이 있다.

The hole processing device for a drawing die according to the present invention includes a moving cam (120) which is composed of a cam and which moves; a vertical shaft (140) moves within a predetermined range according to the movement of the moving cam (120); the processing needle (170) which is formed on the lower side of the vertical shaft (140) and which forms a hole on the center of a material; a table (200) where the material is seated; a table driving member (220) controlling the vertical movement of the table (200); a fixture (300) which fixates the material by pressing the top of the material seated on a material seating unit (210) of the table (200); and a fixture controlling member which guides the vertical movement of the fixture (300) and controls. The present invention prevents the processing needle from being caught and improves working efficiency.
