    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an edge of a micro milling cutter is provided to manufacture micro milling cutters having a hyperfine diameter in a short time by manufacturing edges of many partial metallic molds as asymmetrical chamfering portions and by compression molding with powder. CONSTITUTION: Many partial metallic molds(1,1',1'',1''') in same shapes are manufactured. Asymmetrical chamfering portions(2,2',2'',2''') are formed by cutting partial metallic molds partially. An inlet portion is formed to a middle of a fixed frame of the partial metal mold to fix the partial metallic mold having the asymmetrical chamfering portion. A powder inlet portion is formed by drilling the fixed asymmetrical chamfering portion. Forming metallic powder is inputted to the powder inlet portion. A micro milling cutter is manufactured by compressing and sintering forming metallic powder.
