    • A precision linear piezoelectric stepping positioner is provided to realize high resolution, high output power, high rigidity, fast response speed, small electrical energy consumption, and the small size by using the piezoelectric actuator. In a precision linear piezoelectric stepping positioner, a guide module has the carry-element(2) which is capable of transferring an object in one direction at least. A driver module runs the carry-element and includes an actuating unit, a pre-pressuring unit, and a cramping unit. An actuating unit is installed to be perpendicular to a transfer direction of the carry-element, and runs the carry-element by transforming of the piezoelectric stepping positioner. The carry-element generates pre-pressure by pushing the actuating unit, and the cramping unit fixes and releases the carry-element on the side of the pre-pressuring unit.

    • A micro piezoelectric linear motor is provided to improve the displacement amplification of the motor, and to reduce a driving frequency by reducing the rigidity of an elastic body. A micro piezoelectric linear motor includes a first elastic body(120), a second elastic body(140), and an inclined surface(121). The elastic body(120) has a moving axis(110), which vertically guides a mover, on the upper surface, and a piezoelectric ceramic(130) adhered on the lower surface. The second elastic body(140) has the piezoelectric ceramic(130) adhered on the upper surface, and the lower surface thereof is fixed on a case. The inclined surface(121) is curved at the center of the upper/lower surfaces of the first and second elastic bodies(120,140). The inclined surface(121) has a smaller width than a reference width.

The fixing block(130) supports the friction element(120), the actuator(140), and the compressing unit(150), and is fixed on the base plate(100).
