    • A clutch valve for a hydraulic press brake machine is provided to maximize reliability in use by minimizing noise caused by operating the clutch valve. A clutch valve for a hydraulic press brake machine includes a valve body(10), a valve cover, a valve pin(30), and a spring(40). The valve body is connected with hydraulic cylinders and a connection tube and includes a central passage(U1) and a discharge passage(U2) inside to guide discharge of a fluid. The valve cover is connected with a hydraulic tank and the connection tube, includes an introduction passage(U3) inside to guide introduction of the fluid, and is coupled to one end of the valve body. The valve pin passes through the central passage from the other end of the valve body and horizontally moves in stepping or releasing step on the clutch valve. The spring is formed on a circumferential surface of the valve pin and returns the valve pin to an original position in releasing step on the clutch valve.

CONSTITUTION: In a process for molding a linear frame having rigid structure by bending both ends of the frame in a curved line shape to form a framework of cars such as electric rail car, the method for molding rigid structured frame in curved line shape is characterized in that one or more embossing parts are formed to a certain depth in a length direction of the frame along a part or total section of inflection part(4) by a press so that abnormal cracking or deformation of the frame itself is prevented when the frame is bent, wherein press operation for molding the embossing parts and press operation for bending the frame are performed simultaneously. In a rigid structured linear frame(2) having a curved line shaped inflection part, the rigid structured frame comprises one or more protruded embossing parts(6) formed in a certain section of the inflection parts of the frame by press molding, wherein the embossing parts(6) are molded so that they are protruded to a certain height in a radius direction of the frame inflection part(4) and formed in a shape selected from circular, rectangular, square and heart shapes.
