The protrusions are formed with perforated holes(210) for vortex adsorption on the center of each protrusion, and the perforated holes adsorb contaminants. The ultra-fine embossing of the recyclable electrostatic air purification clean filter is performed by applying an electric shock of 8A(ampere) to the film on which the corona discharge is implemented to mold protrusions.
