    • An acoustic material made of non-woven is provided to offer various uses in vehicle interior materials or construction interior materials for preventing noise with thin thickness. An acoustic material made of non-woven comprises melt-blown nonwoven fabric(1) of 60~95 weight% consisting of binary microfiber having diameter of 0.5~10 mum, and hollow conjugated staple fiber(2) of 5~40 weight% formed and dispersed inside the melt-blown nonwoven fabric. The hollow conjugated staple fiber is dispersed after penetration in the melt-blown nonwoven fabric by high pressure. The hollow conjugated staple fiber has a cavity rate of 10~50%. The acoustic material further includes a support layer(3) formed at least one side of the surface.

    • A filter medium for air cleaning comprising at least one ultra-fine melt-blown nonwoven fabric fiber layer and a filter paper layer or a melt-blown layer consisting of at least two components with different melting points is provided to improve the deterioration of life or collecting amount, enhance filtration efficiency, and obtain excellent carbon collecting performance, and a process for manufacturing the filter medium for air cleaning is provided. A filter medium for air cleaning is formed in two or more layers with density gradients, and comprises at least one ultra-fine melt-blown fiber layer with a density gradient formed at the air inlet side, and a filter paper layer or a melt-blown layer consisting of at least two components with different melting points as a final layer formed at the fluid outlet side. A process for manufacturing a filter medium for air cleaning comprises the steps of: (a) transferring at least one ultra-fine melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer, and a filter paper layer or a melt-blown layer consisting of at least two components with different melting points from coiling rolls respectively; (b) spray coating or dot coating an adhesive(a hot-melt adhesive or a water-soluble binder) on the at least one ultra-fine melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer, and the filter paper layer or the melt-blown layer consisting of at least two components with different melting points as occasion demands; (c) laminating the adhesive-coated filter medium and the other filter medium by tension rolls; (d) fusing the laminated filter mediums by ultrasonic waves; and (e) coiling the filter media adhered by the fusion. Further, the spunbond nonwoven fabric fiber has 10 to 250 g/m^2 of weight, 30 to 1500 cfm of ventilation and a pore size of 10mu or more.

    • Provided are an air filter material which solves such problems as strength, air-permeability increase and fiber separation when a melt-blown filter media is used in a fine layer(air-outlet layer), has superior formability, and is also excellent in collecting efficiency and collecting amount of fine particles as compared with a conventional filter media, and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for manufacturing a filter medium for air cleaning comprises the steps of: (a) melt-blowing at least one layer impregnated with a resin to form a fine layer, and optionally forming at least one nonwoven fabric layer from an air-inlet side to form each fiber layer; (b) respectively transferring the layers from an unwinding roll; (c) laminating the layers; (d) coating the laminated fiber layers with a liquid phase resin to impregnate the laminated fiber layers with the liquid phase resin; (e) drying a resin impregnated filter medium in a drying chamber; and (f) winding the dried filter medium. The method further comprises the steps of: (g) bending the dried fiber medium into a concerned shape by a bending machine; and (h) hardening the bent shape of the fiber medium in a temperature range of 130 to 180 deg.C to maintain the bent shape of the filter medium.

    • PURPOSE: A filter paper for air filter is provided, in which the coated filter paper expels dust and collected dust is easily rapped by compressed air thus enhancing the filter life. The filter life is also extended by the strong resistance to water, thus preventing any damage of the filter. Minute vibration endowed with air flow to folded filter paper also expel dust. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method includes: (i) coat mixing agent on one face of paper to a thickness of 0.01-0.1 mm to form porous film, the mixing agent being a composition consists of 5% of foam, 4% of crosslinking agent, 0.5-1% of ammonia, a pH adjusting agent, 1-2% of thickening agent, 3-5% of water repellent, 0.4% of NH4Cl, a catalyst, 10% of filler of kaoline talc and CaCO3 and base material of polyurethane; (ii) pre-dry the coated matter in a dry chamber at 100 to 120 deg.C; (iii) press the coated and dried roll at a press of 1 Kg per square centimeter; (iv) redry at 160 deg.C; and (v) cure at 120 deg.C.
