    • PURPOSE: A biodegradable BMP nanofiber and uses thereof are provided to obtain a more efficient method and direct method for BMP treatment. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber includes one or more bone morphogentic protein(BMP) combined with the nanofiber or bone morphogentic protein fractions. The nanofiber is selected from a group of carbon nano fiber, polymer nanofiber, organic crystalline nanofiber, inorganic phosphate nanofiber, copolymer nanofiber, and core-shell type nanofiber. The polymer nanofiber is selected from a group of nylon, polystyrene, poly acrylonitrile, polycarbonate, poly(ethylene oxide), polyethylene terephthalate, and water-soluble polymer.
    • 目的:提供可生物降解的BMP纳米纤维及其用途,以获得更有效的BMP治疗方法和直接方法。 构成:纳米纤维包括与纳米纤维或骨形态发生蛋白质组分组合的一种或多种骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)。 纳米纤维选自碳纳米纤维,聚合物纳米纤维,有机结晶纳米纤维,无机磷酸盐纳米纤维,共聚物纳米纤维和核壳型纳米纤维。 聚合物纳米纤维选自尼龙,聚苯乙烯,聚丙烯腈,聚碳酸酯,聚(环氧乙烷),聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和水溶性聚合物。
