    • The present invention relates to a composition for improving sexual dysfunction which includes urechis unicinctus extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for improving sexual dysfunction which includes urechis unicinctus extract as an active ingredient obtained by pressurizing with 1Kgf/cm² at 100-130°C for 20-40 minutes and treating with ultrasonic waves for 50-70 minutes in frequencies of 35-45KHz, to an erectile dysfunction medicine which includes the urechis unicinctus as the active ingredient, to health supplement for improving sexual dysfunction, and a method for manufacturing urechis unicinctus extract having activities which improves sexual dysfunction. The urechis unicinctus extract which is the active ingredient for improving sexual dysfunction increases productions of nitrogen monoxide and GTP which are related to mechanisms which promote and enhance erection of male sexual organ, and increases secretion of testosteron which is male hormone as the extract obtained through high temperature-high pressure and ultrasonic waves so that the urechis unicinctus extract can be useful for preparing medicine and health supplements for improving sexual dysfunction.

    • The present invention relates to antihypertensive and antioxidant bioactive peptide including amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. The peptide including amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 of the present invention not only has excellent ACE inhibition activity but up-regulates cell protection effects, extinction activity of reactive oxygen species inside cells, and expression of antioxidant enzyme (or substance) from oxidative stress.
