    • PURPOSE: A three-dimensional structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to manufacture the three-dimensional having enough strength, to control the shape of the three-dimensional structure, and to manufacture the three-dimensional structure using a biocompatible material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure comprises: a step(S100) forming a mold using a micro light molding device; a step(S110) forming slurry by mixing nano-sized powder and a photo-crosslinkable resin; a step(S120) injecting the slurry into the mold; and a step(S130) sintering the mold in which the slurry is inserted. An apparatus for manufacturing the three-dimensional structure comprises: a micro light molding device for forming the mold; a device for forming the slurry by mixing the nano-sized powder and the photo-crosslinkable resin; a slurry injection device; and a sintering furnace for sintering the mold.
