CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an acrylic impact modifier of a core shell structure comprises the steps of: crosslinking an vinyl-based aromatic monomer and an acrylic monomer to prepare a seed polymer; crosslinking an alkyl acrylate-basded in the presence of the seed polymer to accomplish an interpenetrating network with the seed polymer to form a rubbery core; and forming a shell by surrounding the rubbery core by an alkyl methacrylic polymer.

    • A thermoplastic resin composition for profile, and an environmentally friendly profile free from harmful heavy metals prepared by using the composition are provided to improve heat insulation, sealing property, watertightness, wind pressure resistance, dew condensation resistance and flame retardancy.     • 본발명은건축물의창호와문틀에건축자재로사용되는합성수지및 이를이용한제품에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는아크릴고무-스티렌계단량체-부타디엔고무-비닐시안계단량체사원공중합체수지와분산도가큰 스티렌계-비닐시안계공중합체와 N-치환말레이미드단량체-α알킬스티렌계-불포화니트릴단량체로이루어진 4원괴상공중합체를포함하는합성수지 조성물에관한것이다. 본발명에따른합성수지조성물을이용하여압출제조된창호나문틀과같은건축자재로는기존의폴리염화비닐(PVC )합성수지이나, 기존ABS계창호용합성수지에비교하여우수한내열성능을확 보로인하여대기온도의상승과다양한색상의발현시 창호와문틀등의건축자재로제작시에도형상의뒤틀림, 변형등이없으며, 또한우수한내 열성을확보하면서, 창호나문틀이요구하는건축자재의기계적물성확보와창호형재제작이가능하다. 또한, 기존염화비닐(PVC)합성수지의열안정제로사용되는환경오염물질인카드뮴스테아레이트, 납스테아레이트등을사용하지않으면서도착색생과내후성이우수한친환경건축자재인창호와문틀을제조할 수있는효과가있다.
