CONSTITUTION: A flow control device is composed of a flux detection unit(5), a flow control valve unit(7), and a control unit(8). The flux detection unit detects a flow rate through the flow channel(4). The flow control valve unit is installed in the flow channel, and the flow control valve unit controls the flow rate by changing the degree of valve opening by the valve operation control information. The control unit receives at least one kind of flow setting of the at least from an external system(9).

A transmission system has a low pass filtering function provided by low pass filter circuits. The low pass filter circuit includes pattern electrodes printed on the dielectric layers. The pattern electrodes of the band separation circuit(2) and the pattern electrodes of the low pass filter circuit are individually formed in a horizontal direction of the laminated body.

CONSTITUTION: Refuse and coke are supplied into a shaft furnace, the refuse is burned and gasified in an atmosphere of at most a stoichiometric amount of air to the material to be burned, and the residue is discharged out of the furnace as a molten slag. A coke layer is formed on the furnace bottom, the plasma torch is installed so as to blast heated air to the coke layer. Further, a tuyere is provided so as to blow air to the refuse stacked on the coke layer, the pressure around the bottom is positive on an average of 0.3-50 kPa.
