    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device is provided to minimize the influence on a leakage current of a bit line separating transistor by equalizing a bit line pair with a bit line pre-charge voltage by turning on a bit line equalizing transistor and a bit line free charge transistor of a pre-charging unit. CONSTITUTION: An upper bit line separator(4) is composed of a bit line separating transistor which is turned on selectively according to an upper bit line separation signal. A lower bit line separator(5) is composed of a bit line separating transistor which is turned on selectively according to a lower bit line separation signal. A pre-charging unit comprises a bit line pre-charging transistor which applies each pre-charge voltage to a bit line pair of a sense amp area according to a bit line pre-charge signal. A pre-charging unit(6) comprises a bit line equalizing transistor which connects the bit line pair of the sense amplifier area to each other and equalizes it according to the bit line pre-charge signal. The bit line pre-charging transistor and the bit line equalizing transistor are composed of an NMOS-type transistor.

    • PURPOSE: A humanized antibody to vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is provided to suppress mitotic signal transmission and tumor growth. CONSTITUTION: A humanized antibody is Fab, Fab1, F(ab1)2 or Fv antibody fragment. A method for manufacturing the humanized antibody comprises: a step of cutting antibody with papain to obtain two antigen binding fragment of Fab fragment and Fc fragment; and a step of treating Fab fragment with pepsin to obtain F(ab1)2 fragment. A pharmaceutical composition which suppresses tumor growth contains the humanized antibody.
