A row decoder(440) generates the row switching signal for turning on one of the N number of gate lines, on the basis of the row switching control data generated in the driving controller. The column switching unit consists of the M number column switches using a MOS transistor.

The applied image signal is provided to the actuator through the metal pad connected to the drain electrode. The large amount of electricity is provided to the low electrode through the contact electrode which is connected with the metal pad and therefore quite large amount of electricity is formed in the lower and the upper part electrode. The electroplasive formed between the lower part electrode and the upper part electrode transforms according to the amount of electricity and as a result, the driving signal of the actuator is increased.
