    • A manufacturing method of a clay board using grass fiber and a clay board manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture the built-in construction board having the heat keeping, thermal insulating, sound insulating and the fireproof function by mixing the disintegrated grass fiber with the clay and water. A grown grass is harvested, dried and cut to 3-5 centimeter length. The cut grass is digested and soaked in water. The soaked grass is taken out of water, and mixed with water to make 5-10 volume% grass and 90-95 volume% water. The mixture is disintegrated by being agitated for 1-3 minutes in a disintegrating machine. A rotation wing made of a dull blade having 0.1-3 centimeter thickness and 8-20 centimeter length is stuck to the disintegrating machine, and is rotated with 10000-16000 RPM(Revolution per Minute). The disintegrated fiber grass is separated, rinsed by water and dried. The dried grass fiber is mixed with the clay for having 1:0.2-5 volume ratio, and water is mixed with the grass fiber-clay mixture for having 20-30 volume% to the total volume, and the clay board is manufactured by forming, compressing and drying the grass fiber-clay-water mixture.

    • A pulp molding apparatus is provided to lower the cost of installation and operation of equipment by reducing number of the processes for draft papers and to shorten the process cycle time. A first-made molding part(10) forms a first-made mold(M) from a draft paper solution, compresses and performs primary dehydration. Heating-dehydration part arranged in one side of the first-made molding part receives the primary dehydrated first-made mold, dehydrates and dries through heating and pressurizing between an upper part(13) and a lower part(12). An outlet part is arranged in one side of the heating-dehydration part, receives and discharges the dried-out mold. A netlike carrier net installed among the first-made molding part, the heating-dehydration parts and the outlet part transports the mold. A fixing mesh established in the upper region of the first-made molding part filters the draft paper solution. A vacuum suction tube(12a) lowers the water level of the draft paper solution by sucking water from under the fixing mesh. The lower part is installed to be accommodated to the draft paper solution tank(11) installed to connect the draft paper solution tank to the draft paper solution supply tube, and the first-made molding is formed on the lower part by supplying and discharging of the draft paper solution.

A triple layer fabric for paper making comprises a set of upper MD(Machine Direction) yarns(11-18), a set of upper CMD(Cross Machine Direction) yarns(21-26) interwoven with the upper MD yarns to form an upper fabric layer, a set of lower MD yarns, a set of lower CMD yarns interwoven with the lower MD yarns to form a lower fabric layer, and a set of stitching yarns(31-42). At least one of the stitching yarns is interwoven with the lower MD yarns. The upper MD yarns and the upper CMD yarns are interwoven in a series of repeat units.
