The first temporary reservoir temporarily stores the food waste. The pulverizing device pulverizes the food waste of the first temporary reservoir. The drier constructs the food waste. The drying transfer device transfers dried food waste to an edge part from the other edge part. The second temporary reservoir temporarily stores the general waste and food waste. The air intake pipe sucks the air from the second temporary reservoir. The food waste and general waste are ejected to the refuse output pipe. The refuse output pipe ejects the food waste and general waste. The suction fan inhales the food waste and general waste through the refuse output pipe. The cyclone classifies and collects food waste and general waste.

    • A refuse collecting equipment for a high-rise building having a pressure-sensitive operating valve is provided to drastically reduce an operation cost by constructing a waste transfer system to stably collect the waste with small power. A refuse collecting equipment for a high-rise building having a pressure-sensitive operating valve includes a waste chute(20) and a hopper type waste collector. The waste chute transfers wastes in the refuse collecting equipment. The waste chute is arranged from an upper most floor to a bottom floor continuously and vertically. When the wastes is inserted into the waste chute through a plurality of waste inlets(30) arranged at the waste chute, the waste collector transfers the wastes by sucking the wastes through the waste chute and a suction pipe(50) using a sensor arranged at the waste chute. A pressure compensating valve(200) is open and close according to the change of a sucking pressure of a turbo blower. The wastes in the waste chute are fed in a direction of generating a negative pressure.
