    • PURPOSE: A CBN(Cubic Boron Nitride) end mill using a CBN disc and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to oxygen-acetylene brazing a CBN tip in a V shape, thereby improving the strength of the brazed part. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a CBN end mill using a CBN disc is as follows. A brazed portion of a neck(40) of the end mill is cut into a V shape. A binder layer of a CBN tip is cut into a V shape so as to mate with the brazed portion of the neck. The V-cut brazed portion(30) of the neck and the V-cut binder layer of the CBN tip are joined by oxygen-acetylene brazing.
