    • The present invention relates to a refrigerator which is equipped with an ice making device. The refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an ice bank for storing ice; an ice maker for dropping ice to the ice bank by generating the ice in an ice tray by using inflow cold air; a cover for separating the ice bank and the ice maker from a cooling compartment or a freezing compartment; and an ice shutter so that the cool air which flows into the ice maker through a first opening formed in the cover prevents the inflow of the ice bank. The ice shutter can be opened by being rotated by transferred ice only when the ice which is generated in the ice maker is transferred to the ice bank. Therefore, the present invention is able to reduce a phenomenon of attached and clotted ice in an ice storage container and improve the ice generating ability of the ice making device.

The cooling device includes: a case of which the front side is open; a stirring unit which moves inside the case like a pendulum around the rotational axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the case; a stirring triggering unit which is electrically or mechanically connected to the stirring unit and triggers the pendulum movement of the stirring unit; a fan motor assembly which is installed on the rear side of the case and supplies cold air inside the case; and a cover which selectively opens or closes the front opening of the case. The inlet and the outlet of the cold air passage unit is connected to the freezer compartment.

The sensor unit is installed on the lower side of the ice tray. The sensor wire delivers measured data in the sensor unit to the control unit of a refrigerator. The driving unit rotates the ice tray by being formed on one side of the ice tray. The driving rotary shaft rotates through the motor of the driving unit by being formed on one side of the ice tray. The rotary shaft support is formed on the opposite side of the driving unit, supports the other side of the ice tray, and is equipped with a rotary shaft hole. The support rotary shaft is inserted into the rotary shaft hole in order to rotate. The support rotary shaft comprises a through hole through which the sensor wire passes.
