    • The present invention relates to a small hydro power device by using a soil inflow preventing device for producing electricity by using rain water or wastewater flowing from the end of a drainpipe while a hydraulic turbine generator is installed inside an opening/closing plate formed at the top of a rain water soil chamber. The small hydro power device by using the soil inflow preventing device according to the present invention in order to solve problems comprises: an opening/closing unit including a fixed frame fixed at an opening unit formed at the top of the rain water soil chamber, a fixed plate fixed at the top of the fixed frame and in which a sewage inlet is formed at one side, an assembly unit in which both ends are fixed at the fixed frame, and an opening/closing plate for opening/closing the sewage inlet while being integrally fixed to the assembly unit; a hydraulic turbine generator unit including a shaft in which both ends are fixed to the lateral wall of the rain water soil chamber while being arranged in the sewage inlet, a bearing unit installed at both ends of the shaft, and the hydraulic turbine generator fixed to be rotatable to the shaft; a power transmission unit including a spring accommodating pipe made of soluble materials and a power transmission spring built in the spring accommodating pipe and in which the driven side of the power transmission spring is fixed to one end of the shaft; and a power unit including a power chamber installed at the top of the end of the drainpipe and a generator installed at the power chamber and connected to the driving side of the power transmission spring to be fixed.

    • The present invention relates to a waterwheel which has a cylindrical active wing for a water power generation, which is able to: be simply installed at low costs; maintain constant rotary power by minimizing a resistance; and operate regardless of tidal current direction. The present invention includes: a waterwheel shaft (10) which is formed in a hollow shape; a rotary circle plate (20) which has multiple shaft grooves (21) on a concentric circle at regular intervals by being respectively attached to both sides of the waterwheel (10); multiple wind shafts which are respectively installed to be able to rotate in the shaft grooves (21) of the both sides of the rotary circle plate (20) by a bearing (B1); multiple waterwheel wings (40) which are formed in a semi-cylindrical shape which rotates a rotary circle plate (20) with a water pressure by having rotary sockets (41) which are respectively fixated at multiple wing shafts (30) of the both sides by fastening bolts (B2); and multiple stoppers (50) for preventing a rotation which stop the rotation of the waterwheel wings (40) by respectively protruding in all directions on the outer circumference of the both sides of the waterwheel shaft (10) at regular intervals.

The rotator of a hook shape is installed in a rotary shaft. A water tank blade is installed in the blade installing stand, thereby being rotated by the buoyancy. The water tank blade is welded to the rotary shaft and moved by being installed in the blade installing stand. The rotator cover installing stand fixes the rotator cover in the underwater bottom at predetermined depth, thereby preventing the rotator from being float by the buoyancy.

A bevel gear(14c), connected with a bearing, helps the smooth power transmission.
