    • PURPOSE: An exhaust gas turbo charger assembly and a power train with the assembly and a designing method of the power train are provided to reduce the energy cost compressing the exhaust gas by partially discharging the exhaust gas of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas turbo charger assembly comprises an exhaust gas turbo charger assembly, an exhaust steam turbine, a compressor(26), an exhaust gas turbo charger and an exhaust gas recirculation device. The exhaust gas turbo charger assembly is communicated with the exhaust gas outlet, and the air injection hole. The exhaust gas turbo charger assembly is rotated with the exhaust steam turbine. An inlet port and an outlet port are connected to an exhaust gas line and a retroaction air line, respectively. The exhaust gas recirculation device makes the exhaust gas with the outlet at the location in which the exhaust gas flows. The exhaust gas recirculation device guides the exhaust gas to the retroaction air line.

    • An engine system provided with a vortex tube is provided to prevent excessive back pressure of exhaust gas by using a plurality of check valves. An engine system provided with a vortex tube comprises a vortex tube(50) having an inlet(51), a cool air outlet(52) and a warm air outlet(53). The inlet of the vortex tube is connected to an exhaust manifold(40) through a second recirculation line(91) branched from a branch point of an exhaust pipe. The cool air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to an intake manifold(20) via an EGR valve(54). The warm air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to an exhaust pipe(80) at a first joint point(82). A DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) or CPF(Catalyzed Particulate Filter)(60) is installed on the exhaust pipe. The EGR valve is connected to an ECU of a vehicle to control the recirculation amount of exhaust gas under the control of the ECU.
