본 발명에 의한 공동구의 유지관리가 용이한 내부연결통로 방수문은, 출입로를 갖는 사각틀 형태로 이루어지며 박스형 공동구(1)의 내부에 설치되는 문틀(10)과; 상기 문틀에 일측이 경첩으로 연결되어 상기 문틀의 출입로를 개폐하며 저부에 유로(21)가 형성된 문(20)과; 상기 문의 일측에 안내틀(23)을 통해 승강 가능하게 장착되며 조작수단을 통해 강제로 승강하면서 상기 문의 유로를 개폐하는 수문(22)과; 상기 문틀을 중심으로 하여 양측에 각각 설치되며 상기 공동구 내부에 유입되는 빗물에 의해 상기 문틀쪽으로 이동하는 제1,2방수문 구속바(30,40)와; 상기 제1,2방수문 구속바가 어느 하나의 작동에 의해 연동하도록 연결하는 연결수단을 포함하며, 상기 제1,2방수문 구속바는, 상기 문의 반대쪽 면에 곡선형의 안내면(31,41)이 형성되어 상기 공동구의 바닥에 각각 설치되고, 상기 연결수단은 상기 틀의 좌우 양측에 각각 공회전 가능하게 설치되는 피니언(50), 상기 제1,2방수문 구속바의 좌우 양측에 각각 상기 피니언을 향해 연장 형성되며 상기 피니언에 각각 치합되어 상기 피니언의 회전을 통해 상기 제1,2방수문 구속바를 함께 이동시키는 제1,2래크(51,52)를 포함하여 구성된다.
