The emulsion comprises 10-20wt.% of a binder, 20-40wt.% of an organic solvent, 40-70wt.% of water, 0.5-1wt.% of ammonia water having 25% of concentration and 2-3wt.% of a thickening agent based on 100wt.% of the emulsion.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of natural pear dyes having excellent dyeability and promoting health is provided. A dyeing method of natural fiber using the same is characterized by involving no pre-treatment or post-treatment. The dyeing method is capable of not staining, simplifying a dyeing process and promoting incomes of farmers. CONSTITUTION: A natural pear dyes is obtained by the steps of: preparing leaves, branches, roots and fruits(dyeing materials) of a pear tree; manufacturing weak alkaline water of pH 8-9; mixing the dyeing materials with water in a weight ratio of 2:1; filtering the mixture thereof; fermenting the filtrate at normal temperature, followed by filtering it; mixing the filtrate with the weak alkaline water in a weight ratio of 3:7; and then fermenting the mixed solution. A dyeing method of natural fiber comprises the steps of: pre-treating fiber and putting it with the natural pear dyes into an agitator; agitating the fiber and the dyes to dye; rubbing the dyed fiber; putting the dyed fiber into a steamer to steam; drying and post-treating the dried fiber with lye; and then washing and drying the fiber.
