摘要： PURPOSE: A heat radiation delay sheet using latent heat is provided to improve cooling efficiency by quickly spreading heat with high temperature through a thermal conductive adhesion layer and a thermal diffusion layer. CONSTITUTION: A thermal conductive adhesion layer(20) includes a release paper(10). A thermal diffusion layer(30) is formed on the upper part of the thermal conductive adhesion layer. The thermal diffusion layer is composed of a metal thin film. An insulating bond layer(40) is formed on the upper side of the thermal diffusion layer. A graphite sheet layer(50) is formed on the upper part of the insulating bond layer.
