    • PURPOSE: A fluid injection system and an operation method thereof, and a fluid distribution method are provided to promote removal of air bubbles from the fluid injection system, and to distribute heat from the fluid injection system by circulating fluid with the fluid injection system. CONSTITUTION: A fluid injection system(30) of an inkjet print head assembly is composed of drop injection factors(31), and drop injection factors are arranged on a substrate(40) with a fluid or ink supply slot(41). Ink is supplied from the fluid supply slot to the drop injection factor. The drop injection factor has a thin film structure(32) having an injection resistor(34), an orifice(36) and a fluid supply channel(33) communicated with the fluid supply slot of the substrate. The substrate comprises a first side having a first opening, and a second side having second openings. The second openings are communicated with the first opening, and plural drop injection factors are formed on the first side of the substrate. Fluid is circulated via the second openings and the first opening of the substrate.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an inkjet recording head that has a channel structure capable of improving discharging power, filter performance and discharging frequency characteristics even when ink is made into small liquid drops. CONSTITUTION: A channel structure 3 capable of decreasing the crosssectional area of a flow path intersecting at right angles a liquid flow direction and changing the area(shape) is provided in a feed path 5. The channel structure 3 consists of a flat square pole 3a being a first structure blocking a part of the feeding path 5, and a plurality of columns 3b being a second structure blocking a part of the feeding path 5. The square pole 3a is formed by the whole width of the feed path 5 on a base sheet 34 and blocks the base sheet 34 side of the feed path 5. A plurality of the columns 3b are symmetrically arranged around the center of the feed path 5 on the square pole 3a, and are extended from the square pole 3a to a discharging opening plate 8 in the height direction of feed path 5.

    • An inkjet printhead and a manufacturing method thereof. The inkjet printhead includes a substrate, a substantially cylindrical ink chamber storing ink and formed in an upper portion of the substrate, and a manifold supplying ink to the ink chamber in a bottom portion of the substrate, a channel-forming layer disposed between the ink chamber and the manifold and having an ink channel communicating between the ink chamber and the manifold, a nozzle plate stacked on the substrate and having a nozzle at a location corresponding to the central part of the ink chamber, a heater formed to surround the nozzle of the nozzle plate, and electrodes electrically connected to the heater to supply current to the heater. Therefore, the quantity of ink stored in an ink chamber can be increased. Also, when bubbles grow, the cylindrical ink chamber confines an ink flow area to ink ejectors, thereby reducing a back flow of the ink. Further, the quantity of ink supplied to the ink chamber can be adjusted by varying the number of ink channels formed in the channel-forming layer, thereby improving frequency characteristics of the inkjet printhead.

CONSTITUTION: In the ink jet recording head, a head chip 12 where nozzles for discharging ink drops are formed is fixed via rubber sealing members 62 and 100 to an opening part 96 of an ink manifold 30. Moreover, the head chip 12 is exposed to the inside of an ink supply chamber 102. Therefore, the head chip 12 is efficiently cooled by ink and an ink temperature can be controlled to within a predetermined range. Since a heat sink is eliminated, manufacturing the ink jet recording head is facilitated and the ink jet recording head is made compact. Since the head chip 12 is fixed via the rubber sealing members 62 and 100, a time for applying and curing an adhesive is eliminated, and the manufacturing efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE: A bubble jet type ink jet printing head is provided to efficiently use energy supplied to a heater to form bubbles by improving a shape of a heat generating heater into a dented hemisphere. CONSTITUTION: A head includes a nozzle plate(210); a printed circuit board(200); an electrode(270); an ink chamber; and an ink supplying passage(250). The nozzle plate has a nozzle(260) through which ink(290) is discharged. The printed circuit board supports the nozzle plate and has a heater(240) with dented three dimensional shape to face the nozzle on an upper surface thereof. The electrode is placed on the upper surface of the printed circuit aminoethyl and connected with the heater to impress electric current. The ink chamber is a space between a bottom of the nozzle plate and a surface of the heater to be filled with ink. The ink supplying passage is formed between the nozzle plate and the printed circuit board to be fluidically connected with the ink chamber to supply the ink chamber with ink.
